Meet Danielle
Danielle Penman has proudly called St. Charles home for the past 23 years. Together with her husband of 27 years, she raised two sons in the community they love and continue to serve.
With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare, including more than 25 years as a registered nurse, Danielle brings deep clinical expertise, proven leadership, and real-world problem-solving skills to her campaign for State Senator of Illinois’ 33rd District. Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals, working hands-on to improve care delivery, strengthen support systems, and achieve better outcomes.
Danielle’s commitment to public service extends well beyond her profession. She has been deeply involved in her local school district, advocating for parents, students, teachers, and taxpayers. Her service includes time on her sons’ elementary school PTO, as well as support for the Boosters Club and the St. Charles Education Foundation.
A dedicated conservative advocate, Danielle has been an active fighter for Republican candidates and causes across Kane County. She serves on the Kane County Republican fundraising committee, where she has helped raise critical resources, organize grassroots support, and contribute to Republican victories throughout the county. Her work has played a meaningful role in strengthening the local party and helping Republican candidates win competitive races.
Danielle is also a committed volunteer and community supporter. She has served as a camp nurse for the JDDC Girl Scouts summer camp and supports numerous charitable organizations, including Kayla’s Hope, Jane’s Room Foundation, Baby Spirit Foundation, Together at Peace, the Salvation Army food bank, and Lazarus House. She is a proud supporter of law enforcement at both the local and state levels.
Danielle is committed to bringing common sense, compassion, and accountability to Springfield as a Republican voice for the hardworking families of Illinois.
